Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all HUE tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
